What you give your best for.

  • Implementing and continuously improving our crisis management (CM) and business continuity management (BCM) system
  • Preparing a companywide CM and BCM concept
  • Establishing a crisis and business continuity organisation
  • Conducting business impact and risk analyses
  • Making decisions on how to handle risk (in particular defining measures to reduce the level of risk)
  • Developing business continuity plans as well as verifying these by means of emergency drills
  • Advising and supporting the operational business departments

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • University degree, ideally with a focus on CM, BCM and/or risk management
  • Professional experience in the field of crisis and business continuity management, which may have also been gained in a consulting or auditing firm, for example
  • Experience as a crisis team member is an advantage
  • Indepth knowledge of standards such as ISO 22301 and BSI standard 1004 and/or 2004 community draft
  • Committed personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good English language skills
