In your new role you will:

Shape Infineon's Automotive division's strategy preparation, especially driving regular organic and inorganic growth initiatives to
drive the transformation of the automotive industry

-
Lead division's government relations related activities:

working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in the HQ as well as around the world

-
Advise division's leadership team on division strategy and business development bridging among the division's functions, corporate functions as well as regional centers
-
Drive exchange between internal and external opinion leaders as a key input to ensure proaction in terms of business portfolio and competitive strategies

You see the big picture even in a complex, ambiguous setting and develop effective solutions in order to secure lasting business growth.

You listen actively to the stakeholders and consider their point of view while keeping them informed appropriately, transparently, and regularly.

Putting the stakeholders at the heart of your thoughts and actions is your priority.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree in
Business Administration ,
Informatics ,
Electrical Engineering ,
Physical Science **(e.g. Physics, Chemistry) or comparable; an MBA or CFA is a plus
At least
12 years of relevant work experience in strategy ,
consulting ,
government relations
and/or business development**:
A
deep understanding of strategy , M&A as well as
automotive market ; experience in semiconductor or software market is a plus
Multiyear experience in
Clevel interaction and communication:
Excellent communication skills to gather and weave multidisciplinary information into a comprehensible story
Ability to
quickly establish a successful cooperation , both within your own team as well as with various internal stakeholders, such as business units or operations
Excellent
English language skills; German language proficiency is a plus
