As a Working Student for our Customer Engagement team, our customer's happiness is your number one priority.

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact with our members and for ensuring all our written content communicates a strong message.

Do you speak English fluently? Does communicating with people from across the globe, understanding their needs and helping them comes naturally to you? Can you translate the customers' needs into actionable insights? Are you a team player and remain friendly and helpful in a demanding situation, too?

Your Responsibilities:

Understand and assess the needs of our global community
Be first point of contact for members and manage communication with them independently
Monitor the voice of our users and deliver actionable insights for our other departments
Work with stateoftheart customer management tools
Manage member accounts and our self serving portals
Improve user experience in case of any queries

Your Profile:

Student enrolled at university for at least one year
Residence in Germany
Capacity to work 20 hours per week
Proven customer support experience in an onlinesupport or facetoface interaction as well
Fluent English communication skills; other languages is a plus but not mandatory
Hands on approach with a "getting things done" mentality
Team player with very high commitment and motivation
