YOUR ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:
- supporting in end-to-end recruitment of selected high-volume roles (sourcing, coordinating, ATS admin)

Own endtoend recruitment of Working Students and Interns across different functions

- building up diverse talent pools via active sourcing
- support in different HR Project such as Feedback cycle, Onboarding process improvement, Employer Branding etc.
- being the first contact for applicants and make surre all the recruiting processes are going smoothly
- schedule interviews for the hiring manager/interviewer, welcome onsite applicants and coordinate the interviews

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role you:

have strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex operational processes

- feel comfortable to take on the challenges of a high volume recruitment role
- are result driven with a "can do" attitude
- are proactive and customer oriented

You love to manage different stakeholders with your winning and charming character;
You have excellent English communication skills
German would be a plus

- having first recruiting experience is a big plan
