As
GIS Expert Wind, Solar & Storage Germany, you will proactively develop Statkraft's wind, solar and BESS business in Germany, focusing on the company targets.

You will be directly responsible for impacting the company's growth, profitability and strategic direction.

Key activities that you will be managing:

Development and management of GIS services for Wind, Solar & Storage in Germany
Provision of GIS services to individual projects throughout their lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, collection and processing of datasets from a variety of sources, data management, analysis and visualization of this spatial data.
Large scale identification and valuation of project opportunities under consideration of feasibility, profitability and Stakraft's requirements.
Grow into Site Assessment topics like yield calculations, micrositing and further topics

For this position we do have our Düsseldorf Office (Headquarter Germany), Berlin, Lingen, Birkenfeld, Schweinfurt or the option the work remotely.

Qualifications:

We are looking for relevant professional expertise in the following areas:

Development
Good understanding of 'greenfield' development process for wind, solar and BESS projects in Germany with regards to all GIS topics and support to the projects teams (Business Development & Project Management).

Deep and profound experience in ArcGIS Enterprise in renewables

Communication and teamfit

Excellent teamplayer with good interpersonal and communication skills
