What we do

The Merantix AI Campus Berlin is a breakout success Two years after its opening, more than 800 talents across 65 AI teams are building AI solutions with the AI Campus as their home base and location for collaboration and exchange.

The AI Campus is an initiative by the AI Venture Studio Merantix. Merantix builds and invests in the AI category leaders of tomorrow. In addition to 7 product AI ventures, Merantix has built Merantix Momentum - a 50-people strong AI solutions provider.

Your role

An elementary part of the AI Campus is the community and we consider enabling our community and the excellent operations around it is the backbone of our organisation only a fully functioning space and the relationship between our members unlocks true community building As our AI Campus Community Associate you will work with the team to build and run operations to ensure the highest level of member experience.

Your main responsibilities contain of:

Ensure that the Merantix AI Campus Berlin is fully operational and processes are running smoothly:
Work closely with our Head of Community, taking a proactive approach to in growing and supporting our community and resolving trending / common issues on a daily basis;
Work closely with our Operations Manager on running the daily operations of the campus (e.g. on/offboarding, order management, ticket management, invoicing and take the role of a 'gotoperson' for our members & service providers for various operational topics);
Work closely with our Community & Events manager on running our events, building our content pipeline and on building our social media and online presence;
Challenge the status quo of our processes and initiate improvement measures.

You are a selfstarter, very hands on and enjoy working in a small teamYou have already worked in a similar role within a dynamic environment for at least 2 years;
You have experience in running building operations and building relationships with various stakeholder groups;
You have excellent communication verbal and written in English, German is a plus
You have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams;
You are highly selforganized and have a structured approach to work with an ability to multitask;
BSc or MSc degree in business or social sciences is a plus.
