Your tasks:

Tasks
Perform controlling and "asis" analysis of the functional supporting units within Region Europe, including early identification of target deviations and risks as well as development of suggestions for countermeasures
Be the regional expert and be accountable as regional single point of contact regarding all matters of Overhead Costs. By that, having a unique position with top management exposure
Deliver highquality reports about the overhead cost development in the Region to Management stakeholders and steer improvement plans to ensure target achievement
Develop forward looking KPIs to evaluate the functions, improve benchmark between the Clusters, identify best in class and drive value creation
Review existing processes and manage the development of optimized, lean, standardized overhead costs processes
Lead the Budget & Forecast discussions with the relevant stakeholders in Regional management and countries for the responsible areas in alignment with head office
Be active driver of global projects for cost and process optimization and track the longterm benefits
Be an expert regarding allocation cycles. Develop together with global counterparts improvements for allocation keys.
Be an expert for reporting systems, develop them further, enhance monthly reporting quality for Region and from Clusters

Requirements:

Requirements
University degree in business administration, in particular in the areas finance and controlling
Profound accounting knowledge and experience in management accounting reporting
At least 5 years of relevant work experience ideally within an international company
Profound knowledge of MS Office (Excel), SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI systems
Proven Project management skills and being a techsavy
Structured and independent style of work with strategic mind set
Instilling trust by reliable work results and highquality analysis
Being resourceful in managing complex demands
Strong communication skills to efficiently getting the messages across to the various recipients
Fluent in English and proficient in German, further languages are advantageous
Flexible, highly motivated personality with a global mindset
