Do you have a strong interest in the cannabis industry and want to grow with a dynamic, customer-focused CBD start-up? Then join us as an Intern at Customer Success Italy

Tasks

Support and provide advice to our customers on their orders and general questions.
You are responsible for a smooth customer experience and continuously develop it further
Communication with our logistics partner in Italy and ensure that everything runs smoothly
You are the contact person for our operations team in all matters relating to customer support (Italy)

Requirements:

You want to get to know the area of Customer Success and gain experience
You are solutionoriented, show a selfreliant way of working and are convincing in multitasking in a fastpaced environment
The ability to listen well and understand the needs of customers
Empathy is one of your strengths
You have very good communication skills in written and spoken Italian as well as in English
Nice to have: Experience in the field of Customer Success
