You will be pivotal to the growth of Baldur - you will have the opportunity to truly shape and build your own part of the business and influence the direction of the overall business.

We're looking for hard-working individuals who want to impact a business on day one. You will be joining a fun start-up environment with exciting tasks.


The Role:


We are looking to hire hungry and ambitious graduates as well as Junior Consultants with sales experience to add to our Munich team.

No previous recruitment experience is required.

Some of the tasks you ́ll be involved in:

  • You will be creating a brand on social media become an influencer in your Industry via platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
  • You will be involved in negotiating contracts and salaries
  • You will have a chance to take part in sideprojects helping our Startup with marketing, events, branding, social media, etc.

  • Salary with a monthly bonus on top. Alongside a competitive base salary, you will receive a monthly commission (uncapped).

  • Onsite in Munich or up to 100% remote. You can work for Baldur from any location after passing our onsite training phase.
