Qatar Airways (QR) have embarked on an exciting transformation journey to change how we interact with our customers.

As part of this journey, we are now recruiting for the role of Digital and Marketing Operations Coordinator Central Europe.


Based in Frankfurt, you will assist with the planning and execution of Digital and Marketing activities within the Central Europe Region.


You will handle digital and marketing operations tasks for all campaigns and B2B & B2C activities to support the team in meeting the KPIs of Revenue, Brand awareness, Digital Direct penetration and Loyalty.

Specific Accountabilities include

  • Support the delivery of digital and marketing operations requirements for Central Europe. Provide localised inputs such as Language specific, Marketspecific insights, Media landscape and channels, upcoming digital tools etc to ensure relevance to the market context
  • Execute endtoend B2B & B2C campaign briefs, timelines and deliverables from planning, budgeting, creative assets development, post campaign and tracking reports
  • Act as the primary person responsible for the updating of key channel assets in a timely manner to display promotional offers, valueadd and ancillary product propositions, and loyalty initiatives
  • Generate reports to help the team monitor usage of assigned marketing budget and the associated returns on investment for activities
  • Update the calendar of all B2B &, B2C activities as requested from Management, track campaign budget and report to management team regularly
  • Deliver performance reports of each channel with the help of comprehensive dashboards and performance tracking tools
  • Ensure all B2B & B2C campaigns are compliant with Qatar Airways' brand guidelines and standards, such as ensuring the QR logo is reflected and the standard colours are displayed on the branding tools
  • Support Digital Marketing & Operations Officer with tactical initiatives, campaigns, asset briefs and operational requests
  • Maintain strong awareness of new and emerging digital / automation tools within the assigned region and propose where appropriate to improve Digital Direct penetration and Loyalty.
Qualifications

  • Ideally Bachelor's degree or equivalent ideally in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Solid experience in Digital Marketing, corporate business acquisition, partnerships and Loyalty marketing
  • Expertise in Acquisition, Conversion and Retention techniques
  • Expertise in all digital tracking and monitoring aspects as well as reporting tools
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
You must have the current legal right to live and work in Germany to be considered for this role.
