Werde Teil der Top 3 Software-Unternehmen in Europa und bewerbe dich jetzt als Pflichtpraktikant (all genders) zur Unterstützung unseres Payroll Teams in Göppingen (Start**:Februar 2024)

Unterstütze das Team bei der Vorbereitung der monatlichen Payroll für 10 Länder bzw Mitarbeiter (Deutschland & EMEA)
Ergeife die Chance auf eine eigenständige Betreuung von Benefits & Themengebieten
Betreue und beantworte allgemeine Anfragen von Mitarbeitenden durch das HR Ticket-System (z.

B. Fragen zur Gehaltsabrechnung, Zugang zu den Abrechnungen und Urlaubsberechnungen)
- Übernehme Verantwortung für die korrekte Zeiterfassung und Stundenabrechnung unserer Studenten und Kalkulatiere die Auszahlungsbeträge

Erstelle eigenverantwortlich Reportings für die monatliche Payroll und garantiere eine pünktliche und korrekte Datenbereitstellung (PowerBI)

Qualifications:

Eingeschriebener Student (all genders) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Personalwesen, Arbeitsrecht, Steuerrecht, Psychologie, Organisationsentwicklung, Change Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Auf der Suche nach einem studienintegriertes Pflichtpraktikum (40 Stunden/Woche)
ab Februar 2024:
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
Bereitschaft, sensibel mit personenbezogenen Daten umzugehen
Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit und echtes Interesse an der Personalabteilung

Contract location would be
Göppingen, Germany:

Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
