_We want you to:

  • Ensure compliance in after sales processes and systems throughout the After Sales value chain
  • Random checks of dealer/agent for proper implementation of contractual agreements and in case of violation initiate counter measures or/and audits
  • Check compliance of customer survey processes and systems
  • Constantly check whether applicable laws, guidelines and regulations are strictly followed (e

g:
Recycling, REACH, CE, DIN ISO etc.) and if needed initiate counter measures and awareness programs for all relevant departments

  • Support the evaluation of critical, PR relevant quality and accident cases and be the central point of contact for the After Sales department
  • Support Sales with After Sales related ECE homologation issues
  • Centralized point of contact for homologation and certification concerns within After Sales, main contact for KBA and external consultant partners
  • Set up of a monthly critical case reporting

_About you:

_:

  • A University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
  • Minimum 2 3 years' experience in related position or specialization
  • Knowledge of the regional laws, guidelines and regulations
  • Fluent German and English
