YOUR TEAM:

The E3 1.2 is one of the three main products developed by CARIAD. It is an end-to-end electronic architecture that is especially developed for premium platform-based cars (Porsche, Audi, Bentley, Scout).

The E3 1.2 is a fully integrated software system on several electronic control units (ECUs) that is developed by more than 1500 internal employees and several suppliers.

The project steering behind this architecture is done by the X Solution Train - equivalent to the vehicle series from the brands (Baureihe).

It cross-links all involved and developing areas, controls cooperation and ensures optimal processes.

You will work in a tandem with one Solution Manager, who is already on board of the X Solution Train 1.2.

Please note that this role includes on-site events and regular office visits in Ingolstadt or Mönsheim (ideally, three times a week).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Support the Solution Managers with PMO tasks of the technical project management within the X Solution Train
Serve as the interface between the project steering in X Solution Train 1.2 and the whole team of the development area; interact with function owners, product owners and BTVs (component responsibles)
Act as the interface between the Taskforce E3 1.2 Premium and CARIAD
Plan, manage, analyse and evaluate forecasts, budgets, planning and capacities (also headcounts)
Provide regular and transparent status reports and create decision templates for project committees

WHO YOU ARE:

Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable course of studies
Ideally, three years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Vehicle Motion and Energy; Body; Infotainment; ADAS/AD or Gateway/Connect/Backend and/or knowledge of the 1.2 ECUs (HCP1, HCP2, HCP3, HCP4)
Team player with solid conflict resolution and negotiation skills, resilience, curiosity, progressiveness, and an openminded approach to foster collaboration and innovation
Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued and encouraged
