This unique hybrid role in the field of Accounting and Controlling presents the perfect opportunity for seasoned accountants aspiring to transition to a controller position.

With an even split of 50% dedicated to Accounting and 50% to Controlling, this position offers an ideal platform to leverage your skills in both domains and embark on an exciting transformational journey from accounting to controlling.

Production Controlling: You ensure the efficiency and safety of our production processes by analyzing key performance indicators.

Standard Controlling and Deviation Analysis: You establish processes for standard controlling and identify production deviations.

Inventory Reporting and Practice Development: You generate inventory reports and advance our controlling practices.

Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounting:
You take charge of our AR and AP processes.

Intercompany Transactions: You process transactions with other departments and coordinate accordingly.

Travel Expense Reimbursements and IFRS Support: You handle travel expense reimbursements and assist with IFRS-related matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master's degree in Accounting / Finance
At least 3 of experience in accounting
Good knowledge of HGB and IFRS
Experience with ERP systems such as proALPHA or SAP is desirable
Proficiency in English and German (at least B2 level)
Personal responsibility, selforganization and willingness to change are required
Strong communication skills, high level of service orientation and a resultsoriented work style
