The opportunity:


Adobe Studio EMEA, the Head of the DX Studio owns the creative expression of the Digital Experience business segment, and is accountable for quality and consistency across the customer journey.

You and your team craft and develop world-class creative work that is relevant and engaging, and ensure all communications are delivered on a consistent brand look and feel.


In this role, you act as key partner to the EMEA DX Integrated Marketing team and your main responsibilities will include to translate campaign strategy into effective and scalable creative solutions.

The Studio drives the entire creative production process, from consulting on briefs, conceptualisation, to resourcing and outsourcing, production and asset delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who is collaborative, highly organized and has a studio management experience in a global corporate environment.


We have a fantastic opportunity for a/an Creative Director to join our Brand Studio Team based in Berlin as the Lead of the Digital Experience Team.


What you'll do:

Ppartner closely with, the EMEA campaign team, regional marketing teams and the center of excellence teams
Build influential and collaborative relationships between Adobe Studio and the marketing teams to understand their needs and priorities, clarify objectives and clearly communicate plans
Foster Creative Excellence through customer-centric design expression that meets business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and regional relevance
Lead multiple marketing design projects and ensure focused and efficient program delivery - within schedule, budget and resources
Cultivate a collaborative, positive team environment and set the tone for delivering excellence to partners across the organization
Strive for operational excellence, proactively identifying and driving areas of improvement across the design processes
Own and manage agency relationships that include regular briefings, project and financial updates, and creative reviews


What you'll need to succeed:

Great Studio Managers voice and opinion, whether it's about the brief, the copy, or the process to achieve great work - Have a passion for marketing and the creative product
Exceptional written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
A world class understanding of design to have the ability to lead projects and teams in a highly matrixed organization
Skills managing agency partnership relationships, including management of staffing, contracts, production budgets, creative assignments and creative review
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines
Several years of experience in the creative and marketing industry
Hands-on experience with and advocate for Adobe Creative Cloud products
Business fluent English skills (first language or extremely proficient) German or French is a plus
Ideally first experience working with Workday project management tool
