CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Your Tasks:


  • Together with the marketing team, you will develop activities that ensure
a premium experience for Sporlastic customers at every touchpoint

  • You analyse the customer experience at the relevant touchpoints and
develop recommendations.

  • You conduct standardized customer surveys and develop your own
surveys

  • You support in administrative tasks

Your Profile:


  • You are studying economics, business administration or similar
  • You have knowledge in customer relationship management and the
  • You work in a wellstructured and selforganized way
You want to be an active part of improving customer satisfaction at SPORLASTIC and provide creative inspiration within the growing field of Customer Experience (CX) Management? If so, you are exactly the right person to join us
