    Deine Hauptaufgaben:

    • Betreuung von Online-Accounts gemeinsam mit dem Key Account Management Team (z.B. Amazon und Otto) sowie Erfassung, Abwicklung und Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen
    • Versandkoordination gemeinsam mit dem Supply Chain Management Team und Sicherstellung einer termin- und sachgerechten Zustellung
    • Übernahme des Retouren- und Reklamationsmanagement inkl. Koordination aller Themen rund um Rechnungsdifferenzen, Belastungsanzeigen, Gutschriften und Reklamationen
    • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Pflege von Listungen inklusive der Pflege des Marketing-Contents
    • Auswertung von KPIs zur Messung des Erfolges unserer Produkte oder Marketingkampagnen und -aktionen
    • Schnittstellenübergreifende Kommunikation mit internen Fachabteilungen wie Marketing, After-Sales-Service, Logistik und Finanzbuchhaltung

    Dein Profil:

    • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrungen im Vertriebsinnendienst/E-Commerce
    • Kommunikationsgeschick, Fingerspitzengefühl im Kundenkontakt sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
    • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer hohen Einsatzbereitschaft
    • Digitale Affinität und große Leidenschaft für das E-Commerce-Business
    • Du bist ein richtiges Organisationstalent
    • Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in CRM-Systemen und SAP
    • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
