Focus of the position:
Compilation and financial management of end-to-end P&L BU Pharma

Act as thought partner for the BU Head.


This position reports directly to the CFO BU Pharma & BU Nutrition and the BU Head and will be part of Fresenius Kabi Finance Leadership Team.

Your assignments

  • Main tasks:
  • Proactively steer financial results for the BU Pharma in accordance with targets set for the BU including Sales Growth, EBIT, Net Working Capital and cashflow
  • Responsible for Month End as well as Forecast & Budget processes for the complete BU Pharma incl. I&D Centers and Overhead as well as alignment with Regions, Operations and other central functions that are part of the P&L
  • Responsibility for setting the frame for Standard Cost Calculation and Management Transfer Prices (MTP)
  • Conduct Profitability Analysis of the Pharma Portfolio
  • Drive Financial Review and Tracking of all R&D projects
  • Responsibility for all BU related Financials as part of Vision 2026 program (tracked in Wave)
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and operational decisions as member of the BU Pharma Management team
  • Ensure, that the Finance strategy and all Finance initiatives support the overall business strategy and are consistent with the BU goals
  • Prioritize projects with respect to the organization's strategic goals including M&A
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all finance topics

Profile:


  • You hold a successfully completed University degree in Business Administration, specialized on Accounting and Finance
  • You bring at least 6 years work experience in a Finance Leading position in a multinational Matrix organisation within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or life science industry
  • You are a strong communicator coupled with excellent leadership skills
  • You have a strong comprehension and analytical mindset
  • Business fluent English
  • IFRS knowledge
