Would you like to get to know how we measure and develop employee engagement, as well as further shape an open feedback culture in the company? In this working student position, you will support the activities for the successful implementation of the employee survey, the data analysis and processing, as well as the derivation of further measures.

In doing so, you will gain exciting insights into the project portfolio within the Human Resources department at Infineon and take responsibility for smaller topics.

Your responsibilities will include:

Participation in the preparation, implementation and followup of our
global employee surveys using an innovative survey technology
Deeper
analysis and processing of the collected data:
Research and creation of communications content on the topic of
E mployee Engagement**:
Design and creation of (digital)
training and workshop materials:
Support in the creation of
reports and evaluations:
Contribute to the
strategic development of the topic Employee Engagement

You successfully meet the requirements if you:

Study
psychology, people analytics, social or data science**:
Have already gained initial experience in
change management:
Possess an
analytical mindset and have gained initial insights into
data analysis:
You can derive recommendations for action from quantitative and qualitative data and process them in a comprehensible way
Like to get
creative and bring in
own ideas:
Distinguish yourself by your
independent working style and your
ability to work in a team:
Are versed in the use of
MS Office:
Be able to demonstrate fluency
in English and have basic knowledge of German

Important information:

Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.

You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
