We are currently looking to fill the open position Paid Media Specialist, based in Sindelfingen.


Some of the key responsibilities are the following:

  • Be the main responsible for paid media campaigns, from start to end and ongoing in EMEA
  • Have a deep knowledge of the awareness to conversion funnel and how to analyze the performance in the different stages of the consumer journey
  • Audit ad accounts and provide relevant insights based on data, identify opportunities and take action
  • Set goals for campaigns and follow up
  • Share learnings with the broader marketing team and cross departments
  • Monthly reporting and analyzing together with the team

Requirements:


  • Commercial education, but no specific specialization required
  • 3 years experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in working with large data sets
  • Handson experience with paid digital channels, either from a business or agency side
  • Very good understanding of PPC, Paid Social Media (Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest), Programmatic, Affiliates, etc., and the relevant KPIs to track
  • Understanding of how to plan and execute campaigns with many products at the same time, with similar audiences
  • Very good understanding of different digital media attribution and measurement methodologies
  • Familiarity with web analytics software such as Google Analytics and A/B testing or other multivariate testing
  • Excellent communication skills in English
