A Snapshot of Your Day

In your new role as an Innovation Manager for Grid Solutions (f/m/d) you will define the innovation roadmap for our Grid Solutions together with the responsible Product Portfolio Managers.

How You'll Make an Impact

Plan and monitor the execution and successful implementation of innovation projects from ideation to proof of concept
Developing and managing the evaluation of projects, using tracking, and reporting tools and measurements together with the respective R&D project managers
Identifying our R&D partner organizations to cocreate and develop new offerings with and drive winwin cooperation and also driving cooperation with innovation hubs and other execution units
Engaging internally and externally to represent GT GS on innovation initiatives

What You Bring

Completed university degree in a technical field, preferably in electrical engineering. Experience in financial controlling is a plus
More than 3 years of successful experience in the R&D area
Strong management skills and high proficiency in planning tools
Fluent written and oral communication skills in German and English
Good (virtual) team player and networker and have excellent Stakeholder management skills
