For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a
Head of Design Concept (M/F/d)
Your new job includes

As Head of Design Concept (M/F/d) you have the overall responsibility for the design planning of national and international store projects and furniture development in close cooperation with the Architecture Realization department. In doing so, you will create the basis for maximizing sales revenue under the premise of optimized processes, adherence to cost planning and deadlines.
In your activities you will in particular be responsible for the conception of retail spaces, feasibility and concept studies, commissioning and management of architectural firms

- be responsible for tender management and elaboration and for the content design of new locations in the course of bidding procedures on an international level
- coordinate and manage internal and external project participants and agencies
- develop concept studies for the further development and optimization of duty-free, concept and high-end brand stores at the store and furniture level
- develop holistic and global guidelines for shopfitting at Gebr. Heinemann
- initiate new developments through consistent trend research and implement them in Gebr. Heinemann's store areas - taking responsibility for the brand core and brand values
- manage the further development and process optimization of the team's workflows

What you should bring along

Completed studies in architecture or interior design
Several years of experience in design development & conceptual design
Several years of planning and implementation experience in retail & store fitout as well as furniture development
Excellent project management skills as well as several years of leadership experience
Confident in the scales 1: 1:200
Convincing communication and presentation skills in English and German
