The successful
Customer Success Executive will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Providing excellent client service including handling client queries and issue resolution
  • Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Be the first point of contact client queries and incoming calls
  • Act as a team to provide full territory coverage and continuous, consistent service
  • Anticipate future customer needs and seek out opportunities to address them before issues arise
  • Dealing with clients (both in person & virtually) in a friendly manner
  • Provide pre and post meeting/event support including setup and meeting coordination (materials, event space, postevent followup, etc).
  • Drive crossfunctional collaboration on servicerelated efforts
  • Utilise company CRM database to effectively manage client activity
The successful
Customer Success Executive will meet the following criteria:

  • 2+ years experience within fintech or financial services
  • Excellent German language (verbal & written)
  • Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in a role where there has been the need to provide outstanding client experience, such as a role in sales support or client service
  • Understanding of the financial industry and its current trends
  • Techsavvy
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and prospects in all phases of the sales and relationship management process
