In the III-V Electronics Research Area we are looking for a research staff member / PhD Student.

Your activities

Your profile

You should have a university degree with master or diploma in electrical engineering or physics with focus on high frequency technology, microwave technology or power electronics.

Practical experience in building electronic circuits with a focus on power electronics (converters) and designing high frequency integrated circuits (MMICs) is desirable.

Ability to work in a team and a confident command of the English language are required. The position may be tailored as a post-doctoral position or may provide you the opportunity to pursue a PhD.
