Your future team

The Partner Inventory department is a highly international team of 24 people covering the whole value chain from partner acquisition to onboarding and optimization of our integrations.

As part of the department, the Technical Account Management team is supporting the process of integrating partners into our platform and is bridging the gap between the business and tech world.

Together with other Product Managers and other Technical Account Managers, you will provide the best experience for our colleagues, partners, and travelers.

Your role in this journey

Assist the team in Project Management of partner integrations and partner support
Focus on Quality Management to ensure partner inventory is on the highest level
Analyze and monitor technical integrations and API to identify improvements
Help provide technical support to our partners before, during, and after their integrations
Support managing the process of data mapping
Use our different internal and externals tools, e.g. IntelliJ, MongoDB, Kibana, JIRA, and Confluence to manage projects and investigate incidents

Your backpack is filled with

Currently enrolled or recently finished studies in a technical or businessrelated area.
You have a passion for data and technology and want to have an impact
Experience with B2C solutions and the traveling industry is a plus (not mandatory)
Project management skills and an analytical and processoriented mindset
You do not shy away from problems but rather act handson and find solutions
You feel confident communicating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders at Holidu and in partner companies
Creative and teamoriented mindset and curiosity to learn new things
Fluent English skills, German or Spanish language is a plus
