international environment. As part of the European HR Team this position will support the local HR function

to deliver the best possible service.

Your responsibilities:

Supporting the local HR Business Partner in day-to-day business and in upcoming projects:


  • Preparation of job references, contracts, certificates and other documents:

Creation and maintenance of personnel files and employee data in our IT systems:


  • Preparation of evaluations on various HR key figures

What are we looking for in you?

Enrolled student (M/F/d), ideally with a focus on human resources management:


  • First experience in human resources through working student activities or internships:

Reliable, independent and structured way of working:


  • Strong communication and organizational skills:

Very good MS Office skills:


  • Strong written and verbal English skills are essential:

Customer orientated, with good verbal and written communication skills:


  • Enthusiastic together with a can-do attitude
