Your transformation challenge
- take part in our mission to change logistics world by bringing modern digital solutions to logistics specialists (carriers), which significantly improve their daily routine by reducing manual work
- help at the beginning of our cooperation by enabling carriers to use our platform, facilitate registration to the platform, contract signature and provide training for key users
- coordinate system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints
- ensure continuous support for carriers in Dutch and English language
- establish and maintain customer relations

You are ready, if you have...
- knowledge of
Dutch, German and English and ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication
- previous experience in customer service or customer care area
- excellent communication skills
- fast technical comprehension and willingness to work in software support, very good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
- a high level of organizational skills, pro-activity and reliability to be able to work independently and manage your own working time
- understanding of an importance of a good team spirit, mutual help and support

We offer to work in a hybrid working model with the combination of office time and working from home in places where we have an office or complete remote work in following countries (
Germany, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Denmark, Sweden, Latvia, Finland, Slovakia, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Estonia and Hungary)
