1st Level Customer Support Rep at TecAlliance:

  • Figure out customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage support tickets from start to finish.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in customer support or ticketing systems.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues and troubleshoot basic problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Reliability and proficiency in English.
