Tasks

Communication Management: Manage communication channels within the Podcast Community of our Social Intranet
Training Concept Enhancement: Enhance the existing training concept for our Podcast Platform, including user onboarding, best practices and user guides
Support for

Release Updates:
Assist with Release Updates, which may involve testing new features, handing bug reports, preparing lessons learned from previous releases, monitor progress to ensure alignment with the project plan

Support for

Design Update:
Help in making the Social Intranet design more robust and adaptable to future releases, ensuring a seamless user experience and visual consistency

Documentation Support: Help with the overall documentation of projects, team processes and technical documentation related to the Social Intranet

Requirements:

Enrolled student in the field of business administration, humanities or natural sciences
Affinity for IT in general, as well as topics related to digitalization and new work environments
Familiarity or interest in editing podcasts as well as writing blog articles
Willingness to challenge the status quo and actively contribute ideas
Handson approach to problemsolving and task execution
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate with virtual teams
Fluent in English, German is a plus
