As
Head of Brand Campaign Management (M/F/d)
you will play a crucial role in driving Westwing's brand presence and market expansion across European regions.

You will be responsible for driving diverse brand marketing topics such as conducting testing and market research, planning and implementing 360° brand campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • lead 360° brand campaigns and other brand initiatives, steering cross
  • functional teams with end

- strategically guide and maximize the impact of our marketing efforts by developing brand-specific marketing and communication strategies
- effectively manage and guide external agencies, particularly media and creative agencies, to ensure seamless collaboration and successful campaign execution
- support and develop comprehensive 360° roadmaps aimed at increasing our brand awareness, including overseeing media strategy, planning, booking, distribution, optimization, and evaluation of brand campaigns
- coordinate thorough campaign evaluations by analyzing relevant KPIs and defining measurements for performance, efficiency, and continuous optimization
- steer and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless cooperation, leading to impactful outcomes
- become an expert in brand initiatives and media channels, adhering to best practices to maximize the output of brand awareness growth


YOU COME WITH:


  • 7+ of professional experience in the field of Brand Marketing, Media
- and Brand Campaign Management
- passion to bring Westwing to the next level and about making impact
- strong ownership driving and leading a variety of different tasks
- excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- very strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • KPI savvy, strong media and channel knowledge while being able to forecast and analyze campaign performance
- hands-on attitude and experience in a fast-paced, international environment
- ability to structure and independently manage projects with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- fluency in English and German
