You will become part of Raisin's B2C team which is responsible for the growth of the European platforms. Step into the exciting world of FinTech and become part of the team.

As a team member, you will be part of the exciting launch of the Polish market.

From conception to execution, you will directly shape the future of the Polish market and become part of a thrilling journey.

Your Responsibilities

You'll play an integral role in launching and growing Raisin's customer base and assets under administration, by driving market penetration and increasing share of wallet.

This means you will

Support in the conception and execution of (performance) marketing, PR and other distribution initiatives, tailored to the needs of our current and future target audiences

Be part of the ongoing customer service operations, ensuring a smooth and fast customer onboarding, and optimize the customer journey every step of the way
Help to drive the buildout of the online platform including structuring and translations of content
Support in expanding the product offering and increase the number of banks on our platform
Drive customer satisfaction by assessing and improving the user experience, and collaborate with the product, operations, and customer service teams to streamline operations and processes
Analyze market trends and competition, and play a proactive role in driving growth and success in the Polish market

Your Profile

You have exceptional communication skills, native/mother tongue of Polish and fluent in English; proficiency in German (a bonus)
You have demonstrated first working experience, a plus if this was in a (financial) services or (Fin)Tech company
You handle or pick up on Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools with ease
You have demonstrated to be an outofthebox thinker and use strong analytical skills to solve problems and constantly improve your work environment for the better
You are sincerely curious about new tasks and topics and not afraid to take on large challenges
You are able to work standalone while at the same being a great team player
