Your Tasks:

  • As part of the sales operations team, you ensure smooth processes throughout the sales process and support the international sales team as well as all interface departments.

Your tasks and responsibilities focus on:

  • The preparation and management of contract documents.
  • Close consultation with our Legal Team.
  • Support in setting up a new efficient filing and contract management system.

You can support our sales by:

  • Administration of customers/partners, incl. Master data maintenance in different systems.
  • Monitoring of the invoice flow and the operational implementation of customerspecific invoicing.
  • Creation of training materials and documentation.
  • The internal interface function, e.g. to accounting, legal and product management to ensure smooth processes.
  • Participation in projects and identification of improvement potentials.

We Appreciate:

  • Successfully completed training in a commercial profession, completed studies or equivalent qualifications (relevant professional experience desirable).
  • Proficient handling of Microsoft Office products and GSuite.
  • Proficient knowledge of German and English (French knowledge desirable).
  • Strong customer orientation and service mentality, as well as an eye for detail.
  • A communicative personality with creativity to solve problems.
  • Autonomy, resilience, dedication and flexibility.
