We are looking for passionate people to coordinate our sustainable plastic production of the Tesla Model Y in the Gigafactory.

What You'll Do

ResponsibilitiesYou lead processing of recurring tasks and preventing from possible occurring errors.
You are first contact and support for the search control of suitable suppliers and help with the Orders and provision of productionrelated materials.
You create reports on the status of production, current orders, the Material coverage, runout and other analysis as required.
You follow the instructions of work execution and support the production management in administrative activities.
You support the Supervisors & Leads with safety rules execution.
You also help with engineering changes management to minimize obsolescence and ensure continuity of supply.
You support the Supervisors on task completion, team coordination, the workforce planning and training needsWhat You'll Bring
RequirementsYou have a Completed technical vocational training with experience in the field of plastic injection molding.
Very good knowledge of MS Office, Timeline,
You bring excellent communication skills in relation to executives and employees, and you are an organizational talent,
Your strong team morale as well as a commitment to quality paired with your solutionoriented approach,
Working methods help the department to excellence,
At the top is a handson mentality, which you bring with you, as well the willingness to work shifts in a 4shift system,
You have knowledge of German and good knowledge of English,You will be working in our stateoftheart Gigafactory where you'll solve the world's most interesting problems with the best and brightest people who share a passion to change the world.
