We have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our growing Consumer Digital Marketing team.

You will support with the day-to-day implementation and execution of our affiliate marketing strategies.

You will play a key role in delivering revenue and margin targets, as well as informing the ongoing development of strategy and process in a fast-changing industry.

You will also be responsible for implementing campaigns, driving and supporting growth and reporting on the successes of our already-world-class affiliate program.

You will be responsible for helping to execute a comprehensive and coordinated affiliate marketing plan across international sites and regions, liaising with multiple internal teams to maximize impact, engagement and conversions.

Please note, you will need to be based in our Berlin office 3 days a week.

What you'll do:

Help to drive the daytoday delivery of a comprehensive global affiliate strategy
Provide accurate performance reporting, and analysis of marketing campaigns
Maintain and nurture network, agencies and direct affiliate relationships
Build strong working relationships across other marketing, BI and eCommerce teams helping to develop integrated plans across key seasonal periods
Plan and implement effective marketing communication campaigns
Develop a strong understanding of our product and customer profiles, providing thorough and inspiring briefs for each marketing activity

What do we need from you?

Minimum of 12 years proven experience within Affiliate or (Digital/Performance) Marketing
Intermediate data analytics skills with ability to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments globally
Organizational skills, sense of ownership (from the smallest task to bigger projects), accountability, willingness to learn and be trained as necessary
Ability to use your initiative to proactively seek out ways to develop and grow in your experience
Empathetic, enthusiastic, and results driven individual, with a sense of humor

Nice to have:

Knowledge of standard and current affiliate industry practices
Account management experience or passion for developing winwin relationships
Knowledge of German or French language
