What you'll do

  • You'll be responsible for creating endtoend reporting solutions from requirements analysis, data modeling & development, to delivery & presentation of data in Microsoft Power BI
  • Your customers are our internal and external Customer Contact Centers and our Supply Chain colleagues you're responsible for the information vital for planning, controlling and quality management
  • You continuously analyze the customer service performance based on the operational key figures, get to the bottom of the causes of the development and identify improvement opportunities
  • You can make a central contribution to the optimization of our operational processes and the increase of customer satisfaction through the recipientoriented processing of analysis results and the derivation of recommendations for action
  • As a communicative interface, you'll coordinate with the central Data Department, IT and other analytical departments across the entire Sky Group

What you'll bring

  • You've a degree in Information Technology or Economics and at least 56 years of experience in a customer service or supply chain environment
  • Through your work experience, you've gained extensive knowledge in SQL and common BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
  • You bring indepth knowledge of modeling and visualizing complex data from a variety of sources knowledge of Google BigQuery, Python or Speech Analytics is a plus
  • You've validated ability to work independently with various stakeholders to define and communicate requirements
  • You're not only able to analyze complex situations, but also to work out solutions independently & in a structured way
  • Challenging tasks are no problem for you and a very good problemsolving ability is one of your strengths
  • Good English skills round off your profile
