About us
At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world.

To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network.

As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS).

In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development.

With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.

**Your mission

You will be responsible for all payroll topics, payroll development, benefits and company pension plan for all MBition employees and management.
You are steering and conducting salary and performance reviews. Evaluation and adaption of salary bands and benchmarking.
You will have excess to interface of Daimler payroll and other external payroll providers and consultancies. Prevention and clarification for special and remote payroll cases as well as contact person for tax and revenue office.

Qualifikationen:

**Your Profile (required)

**Education: - University degree in Human Resources or comparable education.

**Experience: - You have atleast 3 years of significant experience in HR Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, ideally in a Start-Up field.

You have a good knowledge of Data privacy, protection and compliance
You have a good understanding and Knowledge of German social security and tax laws etc.
You are good with report and analysis of tables/numbers.
You are aware about of tools: epeople, personio, SAP, Jira, Excel

**Personal skills: - You have service and economic orientated behavior

You have a very good communication an organizational skills
You show empathy towards employees and their needs
You are organized within different processes
You have an eye for details
You have a handson mentality
You have a strategic and analytical way of working

**Language skills

Excellent German (C1) and English (mind. B2+) skills complete your profile
