GHARAGE Ventures is looking for a Co-Founder and COO for one of the portfolio companies which redefines the premium beverage consumer good industry.

You will play a key role in driving the company's vision forward and to grow the company together with the founding team.

The venture is based in Frankfurt am Main and is a start-up company with an already strong brand reach in Germany and a growing footprint in Europe.

Tasks

Create and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the business and growth objectives
Responsibility to identify areas for improvement within our existing processes, develop concepts to optimize them and implement changes
Drive the company's vision and help build the company for further growth
Preparation of investor reports as well as preparation and execution of fundraising strategies
Responsibility for the overall financial orientation, including budget and financial planning

Requirements:

Experience in a fast moving / highperformance environment such as startups, strategy consulting or banking
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines is no problem for you
Track record of driving substantial business growth and market expansion
Strong analytical and structured way of working, logical thinking skills, and you are able to obtain fast solutions while working independently
Profound understanding of financial modeling and operations
Strategic thinker with the ability and experience in fundraising
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
Entrepreneurial mindset and a handsonmentality, plus the passion for hospitality and F&B industry
