Beschreibung
We are looking for a VP Growth to join our rapidly growing team in Berlin.

You will lead our growth by taking responsibility for sales and customer success, as well as strategic business development, evaluating competitors and related business models.


Your responsibilities

  • Build and lead our offer sales, offer ops & business development team
  • Working together with sales to get new advertisers on board
  • Manage relations with our key direct advertiser
  • Monitor and optimize daily revenue metrics (trends in provider & individual offer revenue)
  • Monitor and optimize advertiser ROAS
  • Communicate with the fraud prevention team to manage fraud & find a balance in measures taken
  • Work together with the product team to optimize monetization (increase users LTV etc,)
  • Work together with the user acquisition team to optimize offers for different sources
  • Know and analyze competitors and advertisers, to provide latest market trends

Requirements:


  • 3+ years experience in the GPT or mobile advertising industry
  • Highly analytical, data and KPI driven mindset
  • Handon approach to solve issues and help advertisers to succeed on our platforms
  • Proven leadership skills in leading teams to success
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through newproduct development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
  • Track record of scaling an organization and sales / business dev. team
