Communication and HR Social Media Specialist (f/m/d):


Your Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the usage of our external communication channels with a high focus on LinkedIn and on our website
  • Create engaging and compelling content for LinkedIn and other intern communication channels, to promote the company's employer brand, job opportunities, and corporate updates. This may include writing blog posts, creating videos, infographics, and other multimedia content.
  • Generate monthly reports on executed actions on LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the HR teams and other stakeholders to develop and execute employer branding initiatives on social media platforms. Showcase the company culture, values, employee testimonials, and unique selling propositions to attract top talent.

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Advertisement
  • Previous professional experience in Digital Advertising and HR Marketing is required
  • Use of LinkedIn is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Data Analysis tools for HR Marketing purposes
  • Knowledge in visual component designs and video editing tools for content production
  • Team player, interested in working in collaboration with our brands and participating in Corporate wide projects
  • Very good command of the English language (English is our company language)
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office
