CRM Specialist

Your tasks:

Reporting to the CRM & Customer Operations Manager, you will support the Country CRM organization within the marketing department and work day-by-day with our 560 shops to achieve the challenging targets of the organization, creating a state-of-the-art relationship with our customers.

Your main areas of accountabilities will be:

Design and Deliver personalized CRM marketing campaign including:
Communication and offer personalizion definition
Best contact channel and contact frequency
Campaign template design and sharing with configuration outsourcer
Script and channel task (call center forecasting contact plan, successful KPI for remuneration)
Overall DB coverage and contact ROI maximization
Coordination of External partners (e.g. Creative agency, campaign configuration outsourcer.)
Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate with CRM Analyst to monitor campaigns performance

Your profile:

University degree required (B&A, marketing, communication, management engineering)
Experience (at least 3/4 years) in dynamic and customer oriented environments
Knowledge of marketing and CRM best practices, processes and tools in highly customer oriented organizations
Experience working with data and analytics
Ability to work in cross functional and international teams
Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud is a plus
Fluent in German and English
