Introducing Sustain, our newest product line, we are poised tohelp the housing industry in enhancing operational sustainability and future-proofing property portfolios.


Within our DACH region team, the role of the Sales Solution Specialist (M/F/d) is crucial for propelling our revenue growth through the adept promotion and sales of our pioneering Sustain software solutions.

This position requires a strategic, customer-focused sales approach, profound knowledge of our products, and a proactive drive.

You will lead the charge in discovering potential clients, developing bespoke solutions, and cultivating lasting client relationships to advance the reach of our Sustain offerings.

You will be a key player in steering the market towards a sustainable future in housing.

This role also offers the unique chance to collaborate within an expansive ecosystem of partners and to champion partner solutions, thus broadening our influence and fostering meaningful collaborations.


Your Tasks:

  • Sales Strategy
  • Craft and execute sales strategies to achieve your sales targets also in collaboration with the product and marketing team.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their problems and pain, and propose solutions that meet these needs.
  • Product Mastery
  • Gain and maintain a deep knowledge of our Sustain offerings, ensuring you can effectively match our solutions with client needs.
  • Sales Analysis
  • Generate regular reports for management on sales performance, sales activities, customer interactions and market insights.
  • Market Insights
  • Proactively conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities, understand potential clients' sustainability requirements, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in housing/sustainabilityrelated products or services.
  • Passion for selling Sustain solutions that make a difference, and support our customers to manage energy, decarbonize their portfolio, report on ESG and more
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving market.
