WHAT WILL YOU DO:


  • Driving great people experience and furthering HR Strategies by building meaningful relationships with senior leaders from our German Revenue and Corporate Revenue organisations.
  • Acting as a catalyst for change to enable both the German market and corporate Revenue organisations to scale and achieve their ambitious growth expectations
  • Being our culture ambassador, cultivating a highperforming and challenging environment of trust and empowerment everywhere in the organisation

_ Business partnering:_ You will partner with leadership teams and people managers in Germany to build a consultative and trusting relationship that enables high engagement and top performance aligned with their ambitious growth expectations.

_ Leadership coaching:_ You will guide and coach business leaders and people managers to respond to changing business needs, ensuring effective communication and change management.

_ HR consulting:_ You will provide expert consulting services to managers and Spendeskers on HR programs, processes, and initiatives. You will also influence the future direction of our People team priorities by synthesising your organisation's insights.

_ Cross-team collaboration:_ You will partner with our People Operations team on defining People programs and processes, putting the employee experience at the centre of our design. You will be hands-on operationally in the short term to lead the implementation of HR processes, practices and talent solutions to bring to life high engagement and top performance at Spendesk.

_ Leveraging data:_ You will lead data analysis and organisational health diagnostics to co-create action plans with business leaders to improve performance, productivity, engagement, and retention. You will interpret trends in employee relations issues and people data to design appropriate interventions.

  • 7+ years of HR experience supporting forefront tech companies
  • Outstanding consulting skills to influence others and deliver results or expertise for an internal customer in a valued manner generating positive experiences
  • Excellent ability to build rapport and trust with different personalities, cultures, and levels of expectations within the organisation
  • Strong business acumen to leverage the understanding of the parts of the business and their interrelationships for opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English combined with the ability to ensure information flows in complex environments
