Job Description:


The Order Management team is responsible for order generation and final quote approval for Dynatrace customers and partners in EMEA in line with company policy.


This role will primarily focus on the DACH market so we are looking for a German speaker, this role can be based in the UK or in Europe.


Responsibilities:


  • Work as part of a team of the Order Management team that supports the EMEA sales team
  • Be the point of contact for a specified sales team within EMEA to collate details required for current sales opportunities
  • Review and approve quotes for Sales to selfgenerate standard order forms
  • Create nonstandard order forms in line with company policies
  • Ensure order forms are prepared in a timely and accurate manner to meet tight sales deadlines
  • Work with Manager and Legal to review and approve revisions to order forms requested by Customers or Partners
  • Ensure all paperwork is received (order forms, purchase orders, etc.) and matches the approved quote upon contract execution
  • Ensure all sales orders are processed in Salesforce and shipment of products is done in a timely manner
  • Share best practices and ensure compliance with company internal policies and processes
  • Assist with SOX audits and process reviews when required

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Global Enterprise software and services sales orders
  • Experience in Order Management / Contract Management
  • A dynamic, flexible individual capable of working in a fastpaced sales environment
  • Individual accountability and execution
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Selfstarter with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work with multiple teams involved in the sales cycle simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of working relationships
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive towards effective decision making
  • Advanced MS Word and Outlook, Intermediate MS Excel and Adobe
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
  • Fluent / native German
