With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest suppliers of premium and luxury passenger cars and vans.


At the German sales headquarters in the heart of Berlin, we manage sales and service and make the strategies, processes and prices to get our vehicles on the road.


With the Mercedes-Benz Sales Center (MBSC), we are developing a new, direct sales channel for Mercedes-Benz new vehicles in the German market.

Via telephone and video telephony, the MBSC will advise, support and inspire our customers. Together with the Online Store, the MBSC will ensure the achievement of online sales targets.

Our goal is to provide our customers with a convenient and inspiring shopping experience across all contact channels by designing a customer journey that is as seamless as possible

These tasks are waiting for you:

  • Taking care of customer inquiries, which come "inbound" from the online store
  • Acquisition of new as well as reactivation of existing customers (outbound retention) in the business environment
  • Consulting within the scope of all available vehicle classes
  • Consulting regarding all financing services of Mercedes-Benz Bank & Mercedes-Benz Leasing
  • Continuous analysis of the market and the competitive environment to improve our processes and marketing measures
  • Continuing education and regular training on our products, services and processes

Qualifications

You qualify for this job with:

  • Completed vocational training to become an automotive salesperson
  • Successfully completed training to become a certified Mercedes-Benz automotive salesperson
  • Several years of practical professional experience in automotive sales (passenger car or van)
  • Ideally initial experience in the introduction of digital innovations in the retail environment
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German
Personal skills...

  • Not shy in acquiring new customers in telephone sales (cold calling)
  • Great affinity for innovation, digitalization and an interest in shaping things
  • High flexibility, desire for new challenges and willingness to always question the status quo
  • Selfconfident appearance and strong communication skills at all levels (verbal & written)
  • Enjoy teamwork, networking and onboarding new colleagues
