Responsibilities:


  • Strategic vision: Develop and present category strategies, leveraging key performance indicators to drive decisionmaking.
  • Optimization for Efficiency: Implement and manage logistics and packaging optimization projects, embracing electronic procurement and driving cost savings.
  • Negotiation for Success: Excel in tender processing and contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for our organization.
  • Minimizing Costs: Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction to enhance our competitive advantage.
  • Information Management: Maintain accurate supplier and pricing information while contributing to interdisciplinary purchasing projects.
  • Supplier Management: Establishing, maintaining and further developing strategic partnerships in the international supplier market.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Completed university degree or comparable educational training, ideally with a specialization in strategic purchasing
  • Experience: Relevant experience in contract and freight logistics with notable results will be highly advantageous. Knowledge within Packaging Category is a plus
  • Skills: SAP knowledge(MM), FST Contract Management Software & Supplier Portal, German and English Businesslevel, other languages are welcomed, project management
  • Passion for travel: approx. 20%
