Restaurant in Barcelona city, with a modern and pioneering concept of innovative, creative and sustainable Mediterranean cuisine, is looking for a head waiter to take responsibility for the operation of the restaurant.

Your
RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

Directing, supervising and evaluating the proper functioning of the restaurant and the waitstaff.
Controlling expenses, maintaining ratios to meet set objectives and identifying possible improvements.
Efficiently managing the restaurant and ensuring compliance with internal regulations and protocols.
Taking responsibility for table reservations and assignments.
Providing support to the waitstaff when necessary.
Participating in the selection of new waitstaff members.
Coordinating, training, supervising and leading a team of 45 people.
Creating schedules, days off, and holiday replacements.
Conducting training and motivation sessions for the team and holding regular meetings.
Supervising the team to ensure quality and excellence in service.
Having knowledge of the products and methods used to prepare dishes and the menu, and making new proposals for the menu.
Managing orders and purchases from suppliers.
Taking responsibility for cash registers.
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleaning regulations.
Resolving and mediating complaints or incidents.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Establishing new strategies, procedures and/or innovations to improve service.
