Medical Benefit Assessment Advisor Oncology (M/F/x):


Position and Key Responsibilities:

In your function you will focus on oncology and scientific projects as a medical-scientific expert and report directly to the Medical Director Oncology Germany:

  • Responsible for the medical part of the local value dossier when it is applicable in line with the Market Access department and Regulatory department ("Medizinischer Input im Rahmen der Erstellung von Nutzenbewertungen")
  • Responsible for the medical strategy within the AMNOG dossier in cooperation with Market Access and external agencies
  • Identification and engagement with relevant medical scientific organizations to support the local AMNOG dossier process
  • Answering specialist questions and producing scientific information material as well as supporting the field service in medical and scientific matters
  • Conception, organization and support of medicalscientific projects such as advisory boards, symposia, and other external research projects
  • Initiation & support of RWE studies and registries
  • Close cooperation with opinion leaders and scientific societies
  • Crossfunctional cooperation with Marketing, PR, Market Access and other specialist functions
  • Performing training tasks and giving lectures to internal and external experts
  • Budget planning
  • Cooperation at EU and Global level

Qualifications:


  • Completed studies preferably in the medical field of human medicine, pharmacy or human biology
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position in the pharmaceutical industry or life science environment (e.g. as MSL) required
  • Oncology (Breast cancer) knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience with AMNOG process and / or registries is highly preferred
  • Experienced in dealing with opinion leaders
  • Good knowledge and experience in dealing with scientific studies and medical projects including the corresponding regulations
  • Strong analytical skills, Datadriven, precise working attitude
  • Strong communication skills and presentation confidence
  • High selfmotivation, assertiveness and goal orientation
  • Quick comprehension
  • Good conceptual skills and the ability to present complex interrelationships
  • Strong ability to work in a team
- "Hands on" mentality

  • Very good German and English skills plus MS-Office
