Your Position in our Team

Support the development of the Risk management practice, framework and methodologies
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and leaders across multiple organizations to get consensus, socialize strategy and achieve objectives
Manage multiple parallel Risk initiatives while maintaining superior results
Succinctly frame emerging threats and risk in alignment with the existing risk profile and distill complex risk, process and control relationships into simple dashboards and reports
Demonstrate robust risk management oversight in supporting various internal audits and regulatory exams

Your Profile

At least 35 years of experience performing Risk assessments or comparable experience and ideally one professional risk or security management certification, such as Certified in Risk
Think critically and analytically, with the ability to express a point of view supported by your experience with Data science and analytics (for both technical and nontechnical audiences)
Raise concerns early and facilitate constructive problemsolving at all levels of the enterprise and know when to escalate
Exhibit passion and expertise in one or more domains such as technology, BCM or Internal Controls in general, with an ability to be confident, respectful and articulate when registering dissenting or unpopular opinions
Is executionoriented, selfmotivated and detailoriented
