Tasks

This position is responsible for planning and coordinating domestic and international freight movement of CX products worldwide with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers, considering schedules, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Obtaining transportation quotes and selecting the most effective quote
Preparation, review and processing of commercial and transportation documents such as accompanying documents, invoices, EUR1, ATR, certificates of origin, Carnet ATA's. INF
Clearance and legalization of these documents at customs and chambers of commerce and industry
Customs classification and detariffing of commercial goods
Execution of export customs declarations
Issuing of clearance instructions to customs agents for imported goods
Preparation, issuance, and monitoring of customs powers of attorney
Carrying out postclearance inspections of import and export declarations in accordance with customs regulations
Application and followup of longterm supplier declarations in cooperation with SCM
Ordering of packaging and transportation equipment such as wooden crates, pallets, labels, cartons, etc.
Packing and shipping of packages and parcels nationally and internationally
Archiving of all transport documents

Requirements:

Completed commercial training, ideally from the forwarding and logistics sector
Ideally first professional experience in logistics, e.g., in logistics planning or scheduling
Independence and structural way of working
Fun and interest in customer service and working in a team
Organizational skills, strong communication skills and solutionoriented work are desired
Good MS-Office skills
German and English spoken and written
Team spirit and flexibility
