HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT AND WHAT YOU WILL DO

You are going to be the heart and soul of our operative business in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region.

Working closely with our sales team and the management, you make sure that we deliver on our promises - leaving happy customers and a healthy business.

Based on this, your regular tasks include:
Responsibility of running the overall operations of Vemaventuri GmbH, including:

Order processing within the region (from quote to order, deliveries, returns, inviocing, dunning)
Handling of goods incoming and goods outgoing as well as stockkeeping processes
Managing of procurement of direct and indirect material as well as services

Acting as a key resource within the customer service process, i.e.

Taking up and driving support tickets within the organization
Being a first point of contact to end customers and key partners
Working together with the admin and order fulfillment functions of Vemaventuri AB to continously improve all processes regarding order fulfillment, shipping, invoicing

Supporting the local management team in project work and organizational tasks, including but not limited to:

Key user for ERP and other software (accounting interface, travel management solution,...)
Support in organizing complex projects

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

Commercial, admin or operations background (by education, training or practical experience)
Ideally at least 35 years of related work experience
Background in logistics, sales support, order fulfillment
Prior exposure to a SaaS or techdriven business helpful
Experience with or understanding of shipping with CEP providers
Very strong communicator and negotiator, on different levels
Selfdriven and highly pragmatic, with the will to continously improve processes
Flexible and resilient personality, being able to effectively manage themselves
